Shipments and Returns

1) Your pack shipment

1.1) Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment (manipulation time), then you have to add the shipping time. All items are shipped via certified mail service with tracking number.

1.2) We do not deliver to Islas Canarias, Ceuta or Melilla.

1.3) Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

2) Returns

2.1) *** ONLY ITEMS PERFECTLY SEALED, WITHOUT OPENING AND IN PERFECT COSMETIC STATUS ARE ABLE TO APPLY FOR RETURN ***

2.2) Our policy, in compliance with current legislation, is to grant the right to return any item purchased on 85 Toys within 14 days from the date of receipt. Within a maximum period of 5 days of receipt of the return and once item is verified, the seller proceed to refund. Before you return it, please let us know via email.

2.3) If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to the request in the order, the seller will bear the cost of return and new shipment (if there is any stock available).

2.4) If the reason for the return is that the item you've buyed does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount of the product/s but not the shipping costs neither the shipping costs for return. Return costs are borne by the buyer in accordance with Articles 44 and 45 of Spanish Law 7/1996 of 15 January Retail Trade.
